We offer supervisory, management, and team building training programs that teach participatory management techniques. Using current active visuals, behavior modeling, and a lot of good old common horse sense, we provide supervisors managers and leaders with ideas and techniques they can apply immediately in their day-to-day activities. The workshops can be on any of the subject areas in the Supervision Section or customized to your needs.

Supervisors, managers, and leaders through participatory management techniques learn how to build committed productive relationships between themselves and their workers. These relationships benefit the company through increased productivity, higher quality products/services, reduced turnover, and improved communications throughout the organization.

Finally, we demonstrate these skills in the workshop and allow the participants practice time during the workshop. By applying the skills they learn through practice in the classroom you are assured they are confidence and competence. This empowers them to apply these newly acquired skills to handle, rather than ignore, most situations they find themselves in everyday.
